Josh has extensive experience building and improving scalable accounting and financial reporting platforms across the REIT landscape. He has led process design and operational improvements for publicly traded, hybrid non-traded, and private mortgage REITs, transforming the complex REIT requirements into efficient, repeatable workflows. He brings a builder’s mindset and hands-on experience to help REITs streamline operations, strengthen controls, and scale with confidence. Josh graduated from Binghamton University with a BS & MS in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
